Generate a Support Case

CE Engineering is an HPE NonStop Server (Tandem Computers) specialist - we do not support generic HP product such as Proliant Servers, desktop PCs, laptops, printers or any other hardware for the domestic market. If you have arrived at this web page looking for help with product that is not 'NonStop' we will not be able to help you.

HPE NonStop support issues should be reported by telephone, though a follow up confirmation by email is also requested. Non-urgent support issues and/or requests for replacement spares should be reported by email.

Before making a support call or sending a support request by email, please have the following information available:

  • Company name
  • Contact name
  • Telephone number
  • System Number (example: #012345)
  • Brief description of your problem
Contract and ad-hoc customers may make support calls, but we reserve the right to prioritise contract customers.

We use an automated telephone system to handle telephone calls - please select SUPPORT (option 3) from the main automated menu and then follow the instructions given to be connected with an on-call support person.

In the event that your call cannot be handled immediately, you will be directed to leave a voicemail message. The on-call support person will receive an email advising that a support voicemail has been left.

Email Support

For non-urgent support issues and logistical (spares) requests our preferred method of contact is e-mail. To raise a support case by email create/send a message to:

...and give the following information in the message:

  • Company name
  • Contact name
  • Telephone number
  • System Number (example: #012345)
  • Brief description of your problem
If requesting replacement spares, please include the part number and tracking number of the failing part.

Escalation Procedure

In the unlikely event that you do not receive a prompt response to a support request, phone the support line and ask for your call to be escalated. Internal procedures will guarantee a response within the next hour.
